(a) — Why Choose Smith Bros
We don't just build the car. We were handed the notes.
Where others watch the episodes to work out how a General Lee goes together, the Smith Bros. hold the original Warner Bros. equipment, the mechanics' journals, and the mantle passed on by Rich Sephton himself.
- 01
Original Equipment
A.J. Thrasher's original jig, the one used to make every General Lee front push bar, is in our shop.
- 02
The Journals
The Warner Bros. mechanics kept records of everything done to the series cars, and passed them to us.
- 03
The Mantle
Rich Sephton, chief General Lee mechanic, passed the authority to continue the tradition to Bob and James.
- 04
Trusted at Speed
Dukes stuntman Corey Eubanks has trusted his life to a Smith Bros. built General Lee.
